Gold Medalist - Department of Electrical Engineering

The Gold Medal for Electrical Engineering is awarded to the graduate who achieves the highest overall Grade Point Average of 3.8 or above at the Bachelor of Science of Engineering Honours Degree examinations. This prestigious award, donated by Professors Samarajeewa Karunaratne, Rohan Lucas, Priyantha Wijayatunga, and late Prof. Ranjit Perera, was awarded to Lahiru Rathnayake of the 20th batch, recognizing exceptional academic excellence and achievement in Electrical Engineering.
