Mora Lenz Media Awards 2025

The Electrical Engineering Society proudly congratulates its undergraduates on their outstanding achievements at the MoraLenz Inter-School & Inter-University Media Competition, held on 18 October 2025 at the Rubert Peiris Auditorium, University of Moratuwa. The video "The Good, the Bad, and the Technology" received the award for Best Video (Videography – Individual), presented to Kithmina Weerasinghe (22 Batch). The video "The Link" earned multiple accolades, including Best Director, awarded to Thishen Ranasingha (23 Batch) and Tharusha Jayasundara (23 Batch); Best Director of Photography, awarded to Deveen Chandira (23 Batch) and Adithya Wickramasinghe (23 Batch); and Best Editor, awarded to Hiran Samahon (23 Batch) and Deveen Chandira (23 Batch). We also acknowledge the contributions of Kavishka Lakshan, Nimeth Neerada, Sasvi Kulatunge, and Gaya Ranaweera (22 Batch), along with Yashini Gunasekara, Yasiru Pamod, Hasitha Dilshan, and Ridma Sajantha (23 Batch), who were involved in the production process of these award-winning videos.
