Voltage - Freshers’ Night

To welcome Batch ’24, the Department of Electrical Engineering hosted VOLTAGE ’25 on January 29, 2025, at the Sripalee Banquet Hall, Moratuwa. Revived after a period of time, the Freshers’ Night marked a special return of this tradition to the department. The venue was transformed with a 221B Baker Street theme inspired by Sherlock Holmes, creating a unique and vibrant atmosphere. Filled with dance and musical performances, the evening blended creativity with celebration. Beyond the theme and entertainment, the event fostered meaningful interactions between freshers and seniors, setting a positive and memorable tone for the academic year ahead.
