About Round Table Conference

The Round Table Conference (RTC) is one of the flagship events organised by the Electrical Engineering Society (EESoc) at the University of Moratuwa. Serving as a premier national forum, it unites industry experts, policymakers, academics, students and the general public to address critical challenges in Sri Lanka's power sector. Through high-level panel discussions, RTC provides a platform to explore technological advancements and propose sustainable solutions, bridging the gap between present needs and the future of energy.

Purpose of Round Table Conference

The Round Table Conference exists to drive the national energy agenda forward. Its core mission is to bridge the gap between industry realities and future technological demands by tackling the power sector's most urgent challenges. From assessing renewable potential to modernizing infrastructure, the event strives to equip professionals with the insights and strategies needed to navigate the inevitable transformation of Sri Lanka's energy landscape.
